How do I create an iframe that will show another webpage inside of it?

You should just be able to insert the iframe HTML tag.

There is also a great little plug-in that seems to work perfectly with Onyx:

http://web-profile.com.ua/wordpress/plugins/iframe/

It can be auto-installed from the Dashboard/Plug-ins menu within WordPress.

We use it extensively on http://www.sceniccityweather.com along with Onyx!

It’s a simple think to do with Onyx’s shortcodes.  When in WP editor, click Onyx Shortcodes icon.

Select the desired shortcodes then okay.  Edit the wording as needed.  See the following short video:
