Since running the timthumb vulnerability scanner my clients slider has stopped working.  I have since replaced the old front page with a static image (just for a bit).

I have tried a few different versions and am now on 2.8.6
I have checked the permissions on the cache folder

Please, please help.

It looks like the script is generating a 404 when trying to access the image, even though the path is correct.
