Can someone tell me why my images do not appear on the slider. I followed the tutorial direction, but no luck.

I’m guessing this has something to do with your DNS/Staging server URL.

You could try adding your domain ( bendetti.com.previewdns.com) to the allowed sites array in:
wp-content/themes/presstige/thumb.php:

$allowedSites = array (
 'flickr.com',
 'picasa.com',
 'blogger.com',
 'wordpress.com',
 'img.youtube.com',
);

When I try to view the broken image I get this error:

file not found .previewdns.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/IMG_3468.jpg

I see the image exists here, so the error isn’t the script.

Is there any reason you can think of in your WP settings that would remove the “bendetti.com” from the URL?

Unrelated, I noticed the content template you’re using has a clearing issue which was fixed just recently.
If you re-download the theme and replace the lib/functions/admin folder, you should be able to re-insert the template with the proper clearing (and button style).

Actually, try creating a folder named cache in the presstige theme directory and make sure it’s writable by the server.  It should have been created automatically, but some servers can vary depending on default permissions.

It should be located here:

I’m stumped. You created the cache folder but it’s not viewable via http?

This has got to be something related to the URL or domain mapping. Can you try testing in a subfolder of the client’s site like at bendetti.com/test?
