Hi Casey, I’m wanting to remove the font awesome social icons from the top menu and use my own icon images. I found this code on the forum but it’s not for the mobius theme.

/* Top Menu Icon Classes */

.topmenu li.rss a {
background: url(./images/icons/16_rss.png) no-repeat 6px 50%;
text-indent: 12px;
}

.topmenu li.twitter a {
background: url(./images/icons/16_twitter.png) no-repeat 7% 50%;
text-indent: 16px;
}

.topmenu li.facebook a {
background: url(./images/icons/16_facebook.png) no-repeat 7% 50%;
text-indent: 16px;
}

.topmenu li.linkedin a {
background: url(./images/icons/16_linkedin.png) no-repeat 7% 50%;
text-indent: 16px;
}

.topmenu li.star a {
background: url(./images/icons/16_star.png) no-repeat 7% 50%;
text-indent: 16px;
}

sample icon image

Thanks

The first thing you’ll want to do is deactivate the widget.

Next, redeclare the st_top_bar() function in your child theme and add the markup like so:

You may want to move the inline css to your stylesheet but that’s up to you.

This should be the result of the above:

That worked a treat thank you. one more thing.

I’ve being inspecting and looking at the style sheet 1 css but can’t find
where to change and sharpen up the text in the top menu ?

From my website wholesale-eliquids.co.nz
