Website broken after theme update
I just realized that I’ve lost functionality after I updated the theme.
I updated last May due to this problem:
The backups at my host don’t go back before the theme update.
Can you please help me with this and please tell me how I can avoid this from happening after a theme update? My client needs updated content but there is nothing I can do!
Is anyone out there? Any other customers having trouble getting through to support? I posted a while ago, emailed, IM’d and can’t get a response. Any one else experience the same issue as me?
