For some reason I am getting some text on my home page “No categories”
It is showing up in the menu area and moves over as a place new pages.
I got it now. Just needed to set up a custom menu under Appearances > Menu
It looks like you just need to set up the menus (Appearance → Menus).
Also, it looks like your logo and slider images are not appearing. Make sure your cache directory permissions are accessible (wp-content/themes/breeze/cache) should be 777.
When I try to access the image directly:
I get this error:
“Could not find the internal image you specified.”
but the image is clearly there:
If changing the cache directory permissions doesn’t help, you may have to ask your web hosting company to enable support for timthumb.php
I am using an FTP client to reset the permissions. I can get the files in Cache to 777 but I can only get 775 at the directory level for Cache?
755/775 should technically work, but the fact that your directory won’t allow you change the permissions to your liking tells me there’s something on your server side that may be preventing the script from being able to access it. It could be that PHP is running as another user or your host simply has disabled certain aspects of PHP.
i got the permissions set - it was an issue with the FTP client. My web hosting company is saying that there is no config on their end?
It sounds rather bizarre to me. Is it possible to send me private message with FTP access - or create an account with access to the wp-content directory?
