how can I make my category (or blog) page:

...look like your demo category (or blog) page:

to be specific I’d like to have:
- post excerpts instead of full posts
- read more button under each excerpt
...on my category and main blog page

What I’ve done on this page is just created each of my entries the same - with a thumbnail aligned left, and inserted the <!—more—> tag to break the article which automatically inserts the “read more” link.
