How do I remove the white space on top the header

Hi Casey,

I have some problems with the Presstige theme:
1) “white space” appears on top of the header page.
2) title “service”
3) “align” the page to left?

The white space looks like it might be where the admin bar is supposed to be. Do you have any plugins hiding the admin bar? Does the white space show when logged out? You can remove the title by selecting the “Hidden Title” page template. You’ll also want to set the page style to wide.
